Three generations at the block

Lombardi's Prime Meats was established in the year 2001, but the story doesn't start there. Vince Lombardi started in the meat business back in 1960. He then purchased his own store — Al's Meat Market at 20th & Jackson Street — in 1977. Vince's son, Anthony, branched out in 2001 and started Lombardi's Prime Meats, which is located at 1801 Packer Avenue in South Philly.

Lombardi's Prime Meats has established itself as one of the most successful businesses in South Philly. They handle only the finest quality meats and products available. Meats are delivered daily to ensure freshness. All of the meat is still broken down like the old-fashioned butcher shops.
